This Refund Policy explains when you're entitled to a refund for a digital Product purchased from Master AI, how to request one, and what isn't covered. It's incorporated into our Terms of Service. Please read it before you buy — all of our Products are delivered digitally and access typically begins immediately.

01 Digital delivery — please read before purchasing
Every Product we sell is digital content delivered electronically (streamed video, downloadable files, or members'-area access). By completing checkout, you expressly request that we begin providing the Product to you immediately, and you acknowledge that once access has been granted, you lose the right to a "change of mind" refund, consistent with standard digital-goods practice and the exception applied to digital content under UK/EU distance-selling law. This section works alongside — not instead of — the refund rights described below.
02 When you're eligible for a refund
Even though access is granted immediately, we'll issue a refund in the following situations:
Technical defects
If a Product is genuinely broken — corrupted files, dead links, or an advertised core feature that isn't working — contact us and we'll first try to fix it or replace the file. If we can't resolve it within 7 business days, we'll issue a full or partial refund as appropriate.
Materially different from the description
If the Product's actual content is significantly and clearly different from what its sales page described, tell us specifically what's different and we'll review it for a refund.
Duplicate charges
If you were accidentally charged twice for the same order, we'll refund the duplicate charge immediately — no questions asked.
Not yet accessed
If you purchased a Product but genuinely have not opened, streamed, or downloaded any part of it, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase.
To request any of the above, email support@creatorsai.shop with your order number, the email used at checkout, and a description of the issue (screenshots help). We respond within 2 business days and resolve most requests within 14 calendar days.
03 What isn't covered
- Simply changing your mind after accessing the Product;
- Not having enough time to complete the course, or a change in your personal plans;
- Dissatisfaction with the teaching style or subjective expectations not matching reality, where the Product matches its description;
- Technical issues on your side (your device, internet connection, or browser) unrelated to our Product;
- Failing to achieve a particular result — see Section 8 of our Terms of Service;
- Accidental purchases where the Product has already been accessed.
04 How to request a refund
- Email us first. Send your request to support@creatorsai.shop — please don't dispute the charge with your bank before giving us a chance to help; it's faster for you and required under Section 10 of our Terms.
- Include the basics. Full name, checkout email, order number, purchase date, and the reason for your request, plus any supporting screenshots.
- We review it. We aim to respond within 2 business days and reach a decision within 14 calendar days. We may ask follow-up questions.
- You get a decision. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank, with no extra fees charged by us.
05 Chargebacks & fraud prevention
If a chargeback is opened, we may submit evidence to the payment processor or card network to contest it — including proof of delivery, account/access logs, your acceptance of these policies at checkout, and any support correspondence. Where a chargeback is found to be unfounded, we may permanently revoke access to the disputed Product and any other Products on your account.
06 After a refund is issued
Once a refund is processed, your access to that Product is permanently revoked. Continuing to use, store, or share materials from a refunded Product is a breach of our Terms of Service and applicable copyright law. A refund on one order doesn't prevent you from purchasing from us again in the future, unless your account was suspended for a Terms violation.
07 Governing law
This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of England and Wales, consistent with our Terms of Service, without limiting any mandatory consumer protections available to you under the law of your own country or U.S. state of residence.
