01 Description of products & services

Master AI sells digital, non-physical products, including on-demand video courses, downloadable guides and workbooks, templates, and other AI-related educational content ("Products"). Product-specific details, including what is and is not included, are described on each Product's sales page at the time of purchase. We do not sell physical goods, and no items are shipped to you.

Products are delivered electronically — typically through instant access after checkout, a members' area, or a link sent to the email address used at checkout. Because delivery is instant and access is granted immediately upon payment, please review each Product's description carefully before purchasing.

02 Eligibility & account registration

By purchasing, you represent that you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction), that the information you provide at checkout is accurate and current, and that you have the legal authority to enter into these Terms. Our Products are intended for general audiences and are not directed at children under 13.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@creatorsai.shop of any unauthorized use.

03 Pricing & payment

All prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise and include any taxes we are required to collect at checkout, shown as a separate line item where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time; changes will not affect orders already completed.

Payments are processed by our third-party payment processor, which is built on Stripe's payment infrastructure. We do not receive or store your full payment card number. By completing checkout, you also agree to any applicable terms of our payment processor.

Full payment is due at the time of purchase unless a specific Product page states an installment plan. We do not currently offer recurring subscriptions on this site; if a subscription-based Product is introduced, its billing frequency, renewal terms, and cancellation method will be disclosed on that Product's page and confirmed again at checkout.

04 Digital delivery & license to use

Upon successful payment, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the purchased Product for your own personal or internal business learning purposes, for the access period stated on the Product page (or, if none is stated, for 12 months from purchase).

You acknowledge and agree that:

• access begins immediately upon confirmation of payment, before expiration of any withdrawal period that might otherwise apply to physical goods;
• sharing your login credentials, redistributing course files, or granting access to any third party is prohibited and may result in immediate termination without refund;
• we may update, modify, or discontinue individual lessons or materials within a Product to keep content current, without reducing the overall value of the Product.

Our refund eligibility, timelines, and process are set out in full in our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review it before purchasing.

06 Intellectual property

All Product content — video, audio, text, graphics, software, and AI-generated assets — is owned by LUMENKAIRO AI LTD or its licensors and protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Your license under Section 4 does not transfer any ownership rights.

Without our prior written consent, you may not: reproduce, resell, sublicense, or publicly display our materials; create derivative works based on our materials; use our materials to build a competing product or course; or remove any copyright or proprietary notices.

07 Customer responsibilities & prohibited uses

You agree not to:

• use the Products for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, other users' accounts, or non-public areas of the site;
• upload or transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code;
• scrape, copy, or systematically extract Product content;
• misrepresent your identity or payment information, or initiate a payment dispute without first contacting our support team as described in Section 9.

09 Disclaimer of warranties & limitation of liability

Products are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, except where such disclaimers are not permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LUMENKAIRO AI LTD's total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these Terms or any Product will not exceed the amount you actually paid for the Product giving rise to the claim. We will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or lost data, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Nothing in these Terms limits any right you have under applicable consumer protection law that cannot be waived by agreement.

10 Chargebacks & payment disputes

If a chargeback is filed without first attempting to resolve the issue with us, and we later determine the dispute was unfounded, we may provide the payment processor or card network with evidence of the transaction, including proof of delivery, account activity logs, and correspondence, and may suspend or terminate your access to Products pending resolution.

11 Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to any Product, without prior notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or misused the Products in a way that harms us or other customers. Termination for cause does not entitle you to a refund.

You may stop using the Products at any time; this does not, by itself, entitle you to a refund except as described in our Refund Policy.

12 Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Products after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13 Governing law & dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except that nothing here overrides mandatory consumer protections of your country or state of residence.

Before pursuing formal proceedings, you agree to first contact support@creatorsai.shop and allow 30 days for us to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. If unresolved, disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, or, where you reside in the United States and applicable law permits, may instead be resolved by binding individual arbitration on terms to be agreed between the parties, with any claims brought only on an individual basis and not as part of a class or representative action.

14 Force majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including internet or hosting outages, acts of third-party providers, natural disasters, or government action.

15 Miscellaneous

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Products. We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets; you may not assign your rights without our consent.
